In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the personal data you provide to us is processed within the scope described below.

2. Processed Personal Data

Through the contact form, the following personal data may be collected: full name, e-mail address, phone number,  and message. During website visits, data such as IP address, browser type, device information, session duration, and navigation behavior is also collected.

Data is collected via website forms and automatically through cookies and analytics services. The processing is based on the legal grounds of “legitimate interest” under Article 5/2 and “explicit consent” under Article 5/1 of KVKK.

According to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To request information if it has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
  • To request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrect
  • To request deletion or destruction of your data
  • To request notification of the above operations to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you through automated systems
  • To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
